TENDER DESCRIPTION

The ARGE Sprechstundenbedarfsbeschaffung GbR (ARGE-SSB) intends to conclude non-exclusive medicinal product rebate agreements for all medicinal products containing the active ingredient prednisolone without tablets with a pack size of more than 50 units (WHO ATC code: H02AB06) with as many market participants as possible (pharmaceutical entrepreneurs or associations of pharmaceutical entrepreneurs) in the so-called “open-house model”. In Lower Saxony, pharmacies must also, within the doctors’ appointment supply requirement, as of 01.07.2026, give priority to dispensing finished medicinal products for which a rebate agreement pursuant to Section 130a(8) of SGB V exists. The ARGE-SSB will not make any selection decision and will submit an identical contract offer to every interested pharmaceutical company. Under the open-house model, uniform conditions apply to all participants. Contract contents, terms and conditions and access procedures are uniform—individual negotiations are generally not conducted.
