TENDER DESCRIPTION

For the active ingredient Aprepitant (ATC: A04AD12), AOK Niedersachsen. Die Gesundheitskasse offers rebate contracts to all interested pharmaceutical companies without selection decision for the period until the entry into force of exclusive contracts following a formal tendering procedure according to the regulations of Part 4 of the GWB. The contract conclusions take place within the framework of an "open-house model" and serve as a bridge between the start of generic competition (patent expiry) and the awarding of exclusive contracts. The offered contracts are non-exclusive; contracts with all market participants (pharmaceutical companies) are desired by AOK Niedersachsen. In the open-house model, uniform conditions apply to all participants. Contract contents, conditions, and access procedures are uniform – individual negotiations are basically not conducted. The contract durations are a maximum of twenty-four months, with the earliest contract start date being 01.10.2026. All contracts end no later than 30.09.2028, regardless of the date of the respective contract conclusion.
