TENDER DESCRIPTION

AOK Niedersachsen. The health insurance fund intends, prior to the entry into force of exclusive agreements following a public tender procedure in accordance with the provisions of Part 4 of the GWB, to conclude non-exclusive medicinal product rebate agreements for the active ingredient colchicine (ATC code: M04AC01) with as many market participants as possible (pharmaceutical entrepreneurs or associations of pharmaceutical entrepreneurs) under the so-called “open-house model”. AOK Niedersachsen will not make any selection decision and will submit an identical contractual offer to every interested pharmaceutical company. Under the open-house model, uniform conditions apply to all participants. Contract contents, terms and conditions and access procedures are uniform — individual negotiations are not generally conducted. Contract terms are for a maximum of twenty-four months; the earliest contract start date is 01.11.2026. All contracts end at the latest on 31.10.2028, irrespective of the date on which the respective contract is concluded.
