TENDER DESCRIPTION

For the active ingredient Filgrastim (ATC code: L03AA02), AOK Niedersachsen offers non-exclusive discount agreements. For the period until exclusive agreements enter into force as a result of a formal procurement procedure in accordance with the provisions of Part 4 of the GWB, the health insurance fund offers all interested pharmaceutical companies discount agreements without any selection decision. Contracting is carried out as part of an “open-house model” and serves as a bridge between the start of generic competition (expiry of patents) and the award of exclusive discount agreements. The agreements offered are non-exclusive; agreements with all market participants (pharmaceutical companies) are desired by AOK Niedersachsen. Under the open-house model, uniform conditions apply to all participants. Contract contents, terms and conditions, and access procedures are uniform—individual negotiations are generally not conducted. The maximum agreement term is twenty-four months; the earliest possible start date is 01.12.2026.
