TENDER DESCRIPTION

AOK Niedersachsen. The health insurance fund intends to conclude, until the entry into force of exclusive agreements following a public tender procedure in accordance with the provisions of Part 4 of the GWB, non-exclusive medicinal product rebate agreements for the active substance Perampanel (ATC code: N03AX22) with as many market participants as possible (pharmaceutical entrepreneurs or associations of pharmaceutical entrepreneurs) under the so-called “open-house model”. AOK Niedersachsen will not make a selection decision and will submit an identical contractual offer to every interested pharmaceutical undertaking. Under the open-house model, uniform conditions apply to all participants. Contract contents, terms and conditions and access procedures are uniform—individual negotiations are generally not carried out. The agreement terms are maximum twenty-four (24) months; the earliest possible commencement date is 01.11.2026. All agreements end at the latest on 31.10.2028, regardless of the date on which the respective agreement is concluded.
