For the active ingredient Tobramycin (ATC:J01GB01), AOK Niedersachsen. The health insurance fund offers all interested pharmaceutical companies rebate contracts without selection decision for the period until the entry into force of exclusive contracts following a formal procurement procedure according to the regulations of Part 4 of the GWB. The contract conclusions take place within the framework of an "open-house model" and serve as a bridge between the start of generic competition (patent expiry) and the awarding of exclusive contracts. The offered contracts are non-exclusive; contracts with all market participants (pharmaceutical companies) are desired by AOK Niedersachsen. In the open-house model, uniform conditions apply to all participants. Contract contents, conditions, and access procedures are uniform – individual negotiations are generally not conducted. Contract durations are a maximum of twenty-four months, with the earliest contract start being 01.10.2026.
