• Audits and license plausibility checks: Providing support to the client during Microsoft-initiated license audits, including reconciliation of manufacturer information with the client's inventory lists and identification of risks or potential sanctions.
• Microsoft 365 Admin Center management: Facilitating access and management of the Microsoft 365 Admin Center platform, which displays product call-offs, usable Software Assurance benefits, and relevant Microsoft updates.
• License consulting and contract support: Offering continuous telephone support and an annual on-site meeting for comprehensive advice, including proactive dissemination of information regarding product changes or renewals, and responsive guidance on product application, license volume programs, and necessary licensing adjustments.
• Training voucher support: Assisting the client with the redemption of training vouchers upon request.
• Annual licensing reports: Delivering an unsolicited annual Excel report to the client for license management, detailing the type and quantity of licenses, their durations, and purchase history, in compliance with data protection guidelines.
