TENDER DESCRIPTION

Quantities for calculation purposes can be found on the price sheet. The quantities indicated represent approximately expected call-off quantities for a period of one year. It is expressly stated that the quantities indicated serve exclusively to determine comparable prices and do not represent binding purchase quantities. Exhaustion of the contract volume is not guaranteed. It is pointed out that individual item positions may vary in quantity within the awarded contract value. The contracting authority reserves the right to defer or not execute individual positions, as well as to accept quantities greater than those indicated per position. The above scope of delivery will be concluded as a call-off contract. Call-offs shall always be made in writing with quantity and place of use details. Delivery is to be made within six weeks after call-off, freight and packaging free, and fully assembled free at place of use. Suppliers must be German-speaking. Deliveries must regularly take place Monday to Thursday between 7:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. and on Fridays from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. Delivery times must always be coordinated in due time.
