TENDER DESCRIPTION

Quantities for calculation purposes can be taken from the price schedule. The specified quantities are the approximate quantities expected to be called off for the period of one year. It is expressly pointed out that the specified quantities are used exclusively to determine comparative prices and do not constitute binding quantities to be accepted. No guarantee is given that the contract volume will be used up. The attention of bidders is drawn to the fact that the individual item positions within the awarded contract sum are variable in quantity. The contracting authority reserves the right to withhold or not execute individual positions, as well as to accept larger quantities than the specified quantities per position. The above scope of supply is awarded as a call-off order. Call-offs shall always be made in writing, stating quantities and places of use. Delivery shall take place within six weeks after call-off, carriage and packaging-free and fully assembled, to the place of use. The suppliers must provide German-speaking staff. Deliveries must be made regularly from Monday to Thursday between 7:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. and on Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. Delivery…
