TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract is divided into two lots in accordance with the vehicle segment: - Mini-SUV (Mini-SUV, KBA SUV segment, Lot 1): passenger car with an electric motor, automatic transmission, 5-door; further vehicle specifications can be found in the data and price sheet together with energy efficiency. - SUV (SUV, KBA SUV segment, Lot 2): passenger car with an electric motor, automatic transmission, 5-door; further vehicle specifications can be found in the data and price sheet together with energy efficiency. The estimated acceptance quantity for the contract term is, for the respective awarded lot: Lot 1 - SUV (Mini SUV, KBA SUV segment): 87 vehicles; Lot 2 - SUV (SUV, KBA SUV segment): 10 vehicles. The maximum quantity after which this contract automatically ends results from the estimated acceptance quantity plus 40% optional overrun. For Lot 1, this results in a maximum quantity of 122 vehicles and for Lot 2 in a quantity of 14 vehicles. No entitlement for the contractor (AN) arises from this contract to call off a specific minimum quantity per year or during the overall term of this contract by the contracting authority (AG).
