TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract is divided into two lots according to the vehicle segment: - Mini SUV (Mini-SUV, KBA Segment SUV, Lot 1): passenger car with an electric motor, automatic transmission, 5-door; further vehicle specifications can be found in the data and price sheet together with energy efficiency. - SUV (SUV, KBA Segment SUV, Lot 2): passenger car with an electric motor, automatic transmission, 5-door; further vehicle specifications can be found in the data and price sheet together with energy efficiency. The estimated quantity of acceptance for the contract term is for the respective awarded lot Lot 1 - SUV (Mini SUV, KBA Segment SUV): 87 vehicles Lot 2 - SUV (SUV, KBA Segment SUV): 10 vehicles The maximum quantity after which this contract automatically ends is derived from the estimated quantity of acceptance plus 40% optional overrun. For Lot 1 this results in a maximum quantity of 122 vehicles and for Lot 2 in an amount of 14 vehicles. Under this contract, no claim arises for the supplier to call off a specific minimum quantity p.a. or during the overall term of this contract by the contracting authority.
