TENDER DESCRIPTION
The German Federal Archives intends to conclude a maintenance contract for the building management technology (Desigo CC). The German Federal Archives (contracting authority / client) controls and monitors essential operating functions of the building using the Siemens Desigo CC building management technology software. In order to ensure the availability of the system, it must be serviced regularly in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications. Unrestricted use of the buildings and technical installations (365/3665 days per year / 24 hours per day) is to be aimed for, with the smallest possible number of disruptions and interruptions to business operations.
