    TENDER DESCRIPTION

    GWQ ServicePlus AG intends to conclude non-exclusive rebate agreements pursuant to § 130a(8) of SGB V for the above-mentioned active ingredient, with a contract start date of 01.10.2026. At any time during the term of the contract, all interested companies may accede to this agreement under the same conditions (accession model). GWQ assumes that this procedure does not fall within the scope of cartel procurement law due to the absence of a selection decision and, therefore, the non-discriminatory access possibility of all pharmaceutical companies. The contract documents, the participating health insurance funds and their turnover, as well as the deadlines for reporting the contract, can be viewed and downloaded on the procurement portal of GWQ ServicePlus AG at https://vergabeportal.gwq-serviceplus.de/arzneimittel. Until the start of exclusive contracts, this transitional agreement is open to all market participants for accession. If the signed contracts / declarations and supporting documents are received by 10.09.2026, an initial notification can be implemented for 01.10.2026.
