TENDER DESCRIPTION

GWQ ServicePlus AG intends to enter into non-exclusive discount agreements pursuant to Section 130a(8) of SGB V for the above-mentioned active ingredient, with a contract start date of 01.10.2026. All interested companies may join this agreement at any time during the term of the contract under the same conditions (admission model). GWQ assumes that this procedure does not fall within the scope of cartel procurement law due to the absence of a selection decision and, accordingly, the non-discriminatory access possibility for all pharmaceutical companies. The contract documents, the participating health insurance funds and their revenues, as well as the dates for the notification of the agreement, can be viewed and downloaded on the procurement portal of GWQ ServicePlus AG at https://vergabeportal.gwq-serviceplus.de/arzneimittel. Until the start of exclusive contracts, this transitional agreement is open to all market participants for joining.
