TENDER DESCRIPTION

GWQ ServicePlus AG intends to conclude non-exclusive rebate agreements according to § 130a para. 8 SGB V for the above-mentioned active substance with contract start as of 01.10.2026. All interested companies may join this contract at any time during the contract period under the same conditions (admission model). GWQ assumes that this procedure, due to the absence of a selection decision and consequently the non-discriminatory access possibility for all pharmaceutical companies, does not fall within the scope of cartel procurement law. The contract documents, participating health insurance funds and their turnovers, as well as the deadlines for contract notification, can be viewed and downloaded on the GWQ ServicePlus AG procurement portal at https://vergabeportal.gwq-serviceplus.de/arzneimittel. Until the start of exclusive contracts, this transitional agreement is open to all market participants for accession. If the signed contracts/declarations and proofs are received by 10.09.2026, an initial notification as of 01.10.2026 can be realized.
