TENDER DESCRIPTION

GWQ ServicePlus AG intends to conclude non-exclusive rebate agreements pursuant to Section 130a(8) of the SGB V for the above-mentioned active ingredient with a contract start date of 01.11.2026. All interested companies may join this contract at any time during the term of the contract under the same conditions (access model). GWQ assumes that, due to the absence of a selection decision and, thus, due to the possibility of non-discriminatory access for all pharmaceutical companies, this procedure does not fall within the scope of competition procurement law. The contract documents, the participating health insurance funds and their revenues, as well as the deadlines for reporting the contract, can be viewed and downloaded on the procurement portal of GWQ ServicePlus AG at https://vergabeportal.gwq-serviceplus.de/arzneimittel. Until the start of exclusive contracts, this transitional agreement is open to all market participants to join.
