TENDER DESCRIPTION

GWQ ServicePlus AG intends to conclude non-exclusive rebate agreements pursuant to Section 130a(8) of SGB V for the above-mentioned active ingredient with a contract start date of 15.12.2026. Throughout the term of the contract, all interested companies may accede to this contract at any time under the same conditions (admission model). GWQ assumes that, due to the absence of a selection decision and thus the possibility of non-discriminatory access for all pharmaceutical companies, this procedure does not fall within the scope of cartel procurement law. The contract documents, the participating health insurance funds and their turnover as well as the deadlines for the notification of the contract can be viewed and downloaded on the procurement portal of GWQ ServicePlus AG at https://vergabeportal.gwq-serviceplus.de/arzneimittel.
