TENDER DESCRIPTION

GWQ ServicePlus AG intends to conclude non-exclusive discount agreements pursuant to Section 130a(8) SGB V for the above-mentioned active ingredient with a contract start date of 01.10.2026. Under this contract, all interested companies may join at any time during the term of the contract on the same terms (admission model). GWQ assumes that, due to the absence of an award decision and thus the non-discriminatory possibility of access for all pharmaceutical companies, this procedure does not fall within the scope of the cartel procurement law. The contract documents, the participating health insurance funds and their turnovers, as well as the dates for the notification of the contract, can be viewed and downloaded on the procurement portal of GWQ ServicePlus AG at https://vergabeportal.gwq-serviceplus.de/arzneimittel. Until the start of exclusive contracts, this transitional arrangement is open to all market participants for joining.
