    TENDER DESCRIPTION

    GWQ ServicePlus AG intends to conclude non-exclusive discount agreements pursuant to § 130a(8) SGB V for the above-mentioned active ingredient with a contract start date of 01.10.2026. All interested companies may accede to this contract at any time during the term of the contract on the same terms (accession model). GWQ assumes that, due to the absence of a selection decision and thus the possibility of access for all pharmaceutical companies without discrimination, this procedure does not fall within the scope of cartel procurement law. The contract documents, the participating SHI funds and their turnover, as well as the dates for reporting the contract, can be viewed and downloaded on the procurement portal of GWQ ServicePlus AG at https://vergabeportal.gwq-serviceplus.de/arzneimittel. Until the start of exclusive contracts, this transitional agreement is open to all market participants for accession. Upon receipt of the signed contracts / declaration and evidence by 10.09.2026, an initial notification for 01.10.2026 can be implemented.
