TENDER DESCRIPTION
Under the requirement of uniform contract terms as well as a uniform access procedure, all suitable and interested pharmaceutical companies or associations of pharmaceutical companies are offered the conclusion of and/or accession to a rebate agreement pursuant to Section 130a(8) of Book V of the German Social Code (SGB V) for the aforementioned active ingredients. Interested pharmaceutical companies may request the participation documents as well as the contract by contacting the contact address ([email protected]). A prerequisite for the conclusion of a contract is that the interested pharmaceutical company submits the requested participation documents in full, completed, stamped, and signed in the original. A contract will be concluded with each pharmaceutical company that meets the participation requirements. Exclusivity is not provided. This publication is not the award of a public contract within the meaning of Directive 2014/24/EU or procurement law.
