TENDER DESCRIPTION

Kaufmännische Krankenkasse - KKH (hereinafter referred to as KKH) pursues the objective of concluding discount agreements pursuant to § 130a(8) SGB V with all suitable pharmaceutical companies for the active ingredient stated under BT-21-Lot (ATC) and, if applicable, with limiting effect to certain dosage forms within the scope of a so-called “Open-House procedure”. Subject to uniform contract terms and a uniform access procedure, the conclusion of and/or accession to a discount agreement pursuant to § 130a(8) SGB V for the above-mentioned active ingredient is offered to all suitable and interested pharmaceutical companies or associations of pharmaceutical companies. Interested pharmaceutical companies may request the participation documents as well as the contract at the contact address stated. A prerequisite for the conclusion of a contract is that the interested pharmaceutical company submits the requested participation documents completely filled in and signed. A contract will be concluded with each pharmaceutical company that meets the participation requirements. Exclusivity does not apply.
