TENDER DESCRIPTION

KKH Kaufmännische Krankenkasse (hereinafter “KKH”) pursues the objective of concluding discount agreements pursuant to Section 130a(8) of SGB V with all suitable pharmaceutical companies for the active ingredient stated under BT-21-Lot (ATC) and where applicable with limiting effect to certain dosage forms within the framework of a so-called “Open-House procedure”. Under the condition of uniform contractual terms and a uniform access procedure, concluding or joining a discount agreement pursuant to Section 130a(8) of SGB V for the above-mentioned active ingredient is offered to all suitable and interested pharmaceutical companies or associations of pharmaceutical companies. For this purpose, interested pharmaceutical companies may request the participation documents as well as the contract at the contact address stated. A prerequisite for concluding a contract is that the interested pharmaceutical company submits the requested participation documents completely completed and duly signed.
