TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Kaufmännische Krankenkasse - KKH (hereinafter referred to as KKH) pursues the goal of concluding discount agreements in accordance with Section 130a(8) of Book V of the German Social Code (SGB V) with all suitable pharmaceutical companies for the active ingredient stated under BT-21-Lot (ATC) and, if applicable, restrictively to certain dosage forms within the scope of a so-called “Open-House procedure”. Under the requirement of uniform contractual terms and a uniform access procedure, the conclusion of, or accession to, a discount agreement in accordance with Section 130a(8) of SGB V for the aforementioned active ingredient shall be offered to all suitable and interested pharmaceutical companies or associations of pharmaceutical companies. Interested pharmaceutical companies may request the application documents as well as the contract at the contact address stated. A prerequisite for concluding a contract is that the interested pharmaceutical company submits the requested application documents completely completed and signed.
