TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Kaufmännische Krankenkasse - KKH (hereinafter referred to as KKH) pursues the objective of concluding discount agreements in accordance with Section 130a(8) of Book V of the German Social Code (SGB V) with all suitable pharmaceutical companies for the active ingredient named under BT-21-Lot (ATC) and where applicable restrictively for certain dosage forms, within the scope of the so-called "Open-House procedure". Subject to uniform contractual terms and a uniform access procedure, all suitable and interested pharmaceutical companies or associations of pharmaceutical companies are offered the conclusion of, or accession to, a discount agreement in accordance with Section 130a(8) of SGB V for the above-mentioned active ingredient. Interested pharmaceutical companies may request the participation documents as well as the contract at the contact address stated. A prerequisite for concluding a contract is that the interested pharmaceutical company submits the requested participation documents in full, duly completed and signed.
