TENDER DESCRIPTION

KKH Kaufmännische Krankenkasse - KKH (hereinafter referred to as KKH) pursues the objective of concluding discount agreements pursuant to Section 130a(8) of the SGB V with all suitable pharmaceutical companies for the active ingredient specified under BT-21-Lot (ATC) and, if applicable, restricting them to certain dosage forms, within the framework of a so-called "Open-House procedure". Subject to uniform contract conditions and a uniform accession procedure, the conclusion or accession to a discount agreement pursuant to Section 130a(8) of the SGB V for the aforementioned active ingredient is offered to all suitable and interested pharmaceutical companies or associations of pharmaceutical companies. Interested pharmaceutical companies may request the participation documents and the contract at the specified contact address. A prerequisite for concluding a contract is that the interested pharmaceutical company submits the requested participation documents fully completed and signed. With each pharmaceutical company that meets the participation requirements, a contract will be concluded. No exclusivity is provided.
