TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Kaufmännische Krankenkasse - KKH (hereinafter KKH) aims to conclude rebate contracts with all suitable pharmaceutical companies pursuant to § 130a paragraph 8 SGB V regarding the active ingredient named under BT-21-Lot (ATC), and if applicable restricted to certain dosage forms, within the framework of a so-called "open-house procedure." Under the specification of uniform contractual conditions as well as a uniform access procedure, all suitable and interested pharmaceutical companies or associations of pharmaceutical companies are offered the conclusion or joining of a rebate contract pursuant to § 130a para. 8 SGB V for the aforementioned active ingredient. Interested pharmaceutical companies can request the participation documents as well as the contract from the stated contact address. A prerequisite for concluding a contract is that the interested pharmaceutical company submits the requested participation documents fully completed and signed. A contract will be concluded with each pharmaceutical company that meets the participation requirements. Exclusivity is not given. Joining or conclusion of the contract can take place at any time and under the same conditions.…
