TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Kaufmännische Krankenkasse - KKH (hereinafter referred to as KKH) pursues the objective of concluding discount agreements pursuant to § 130a(8) of Book V of the German Social Code (SGB V) with all suitable pharmaceutical companies for the active ingredient named under BT-21 lot (ATC) and, if applicable, restrictively for certain dosage forms within the scope of a so-called “Open-House procedure”. Under the condition of uniform contract terms and a uniform access procedure, the conclusion of and/or accession to a discount agreement pursuant to § 130a(8) of SGB V for the above-mentioned active ingredient is offered to all suitable and interested pharmaceutical companies or groups/associations of pharmaceutical companies. Interested pharmaceutical companies may request the participation documents as well as the contract at the contact address stated. The prerequisite for the conclusion of a contract is that the interested pharmaceutical company submits the requested participation documents in full, duly completed and signed.
