TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Kaufmännische Krankenkasse - KKH (hereinafter referred to as KKH) pursues the objective of concluding rebate agreements in accordance with Section 130a(8) of Book V of the German Social Code (SGB V) with all suitable pharmaceutical companies for the active ingredient stated under BT-21-Lot (ATC) and, if applicable, restricting them to certain dosage forms within the so-called “Open-House procedure”. Subject to uniform contractual terms and a uniform access procedure, all suitable and interested pharmaceutical companies or associations of pharmaceutical companies are offered the conclusion or accession to a rebate agreement in accordance with Section 130a(8) SGB V for the aforementioned active ingredient. Interested pharmaceutical companies may request the participation documents as well as the contract for this purpose from the contact address stated. A prerequisite for concluding a contract is that the interested pharmaceutical company submits the requested participation documents fully completed and signed.
