TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this publication is the conclusion of agreements pursuant to Section 130a(8) of Book V of the German Social Code (SGB V) for various active substances / combinations of active substances under a so-called Open House procedure. Under the requirement of uniform contractual terms and a uniform access procedure, all suitable and interested pharmaceutical companies or associations of pharmaceutical companies are offered the conclusion of, or accession to, a discount agreement pursuant to Section 130a(8) of SGB V for the active substance(s) / active substance combinations named.
