The subject of this publication is the conclusion of agreements pursuant to § 130a (8) SGB V for various active substances/active substance combinations within the framework of a so-called Open House procedure. Under the specification of uniform contractual conditions as well as a uniform access procedure, the conclusion or accession to a rebate contract pursuant to § 130a (8) SGB V for the named active substance/active substance combination is offered to all suitable and interested pharmaceutical companies or groups of pharmaceutical companies.
