TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procurement requirement includes all medicinal products with the active ingredients named in Appendix 3 to the participation requirements (the so-called list of active ingredients and deadlines). The procurement requirement has not been divided into lots. This is an Open-House procedure. Therefore, to the extent that, within the context of this notice, wording is used which suggests the division of the procurement requirement into one or more lot(s), this is solely due to the requirements of this notice form. In this context, reference is made to the non-applicability of procurement-law rules described at the outset under Section 2.1.
