TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procurement requirement comprises all medicinal products with the active substances specified in Annex 3 to the participation requirements (the so-called list of active substances and time limits). The procurement requirement has not been divided into lots. This is an Open-House procedure. Therefore, to the extent that wording is used within the scope of this notice which suggests the division of the procurement requirement into one or more lot(s), this is solely due to the requirements of this notice form. In this context, reference is made to the non-applicability of procurement-law rules described at the outset under Section 2.1.
