TENDER DESCRIPTION

The tender is conducted based on the active ingredient for the listed 116 individual lots. Each active ingredient basically represents its own individual lot, unless specifications are explicitly stated otherwise. For individual lots 1 to 107: For each individual lot, eight sublots (regional lots) are formed in accordance with detailed provisions in the tender documents. Bidders decide for which individual lots and which sublots they want to submit rebate offers. Offers can be submitted for one, several or all individual lots and sublots. Awards are made per individual and sublot. Depending on the individual lot and according to the detailed provisions in the tender documents, rebate contracts are concluded with one or - provided that a sufficient number of eligible bids are available - up to three pharmaceutical companies per individual and sublot combination. Pursuant to Section 130a (8a) SGB V, two identical individual lots (a so-called "EU-EEA lot" and a so-called "RM lot") are formed for the antibiotics or antibiotic combinations to be procured.
