TENDER DESCRIPTION
From 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2028, the contractor shall, on behalf of the contracting authority, provide security and information desk services for the City Hall complex on a 24-hour shift basis year-round. A total of 5 all-night patrol runs are to be carried out. There is an optional possibility of extending the contract up to three times, each time by one calendar year, at the latest until 31.12.2031. It is planned to set up a handover period starting from 14.12.2026. This will be arranged on an hourly basis.
