TENDER DESCRIPTION
The contractor shall, for the contracting authority, from 01.01.2027 until 31.12.2028 provide security and the information desk service for the town hall complex on a year-round basis in continuous 24-hour shift service. A total of 5 overnight inspection tours shall be carried out. There is an optional possibility to extend the term up to a maximum of three times, each time by one calendar year, at the latest until 31.12.2031. It is planned to set up a handover period starting on 14.12.2026. This will be arranged on an hourly basis.
