TENDER DESCRIPTION

a) For the refurbishment of the patient rooms and bed stations on floors 1 to 3 of the Artemed Klinik München Süd, sanitary installation works are procured. The services in particular include: 2,250 m of SML DN 50-150 waste pipes; 4,500 m of stainless steel pipe DN 12-50; 400 pieces of valves DN 15-40; in each case 186 WCs, wash basins and showers. Dismantling and demolition works. Internal code: sanitary installation works. b) For this project, for the purpose of shortening the tender submission period pursuant to Section 12 EU (1) (No. 2) VOB/A, a prior information notice was published in the Official Journal of the European Union (TED - Tenders Electronic Daily) under publication number 566614-2026 on 17 August 2026. The subject matter of the present procurement procedure are the items listed in the prior information notice under section 5.1, Lot: LOT-0012 sanitary installation works (sewage and water systems). c) The contracting authority intends, as part of the comprehensive refurbishment of the patient rooms and bed stations on floors 1 to 3 of the Artemed Klinik München Süd, to award several construction contracts for different trades.
