TENDER DESCRIPTION

a) For the refurbishment of the patient rooms and bed stations on floors 1 to 3 of the Artemed Clinic Munich South, plumbing installation works are being procured. The services in particular include: 2,250 m of SML wastewater pipe DN 50-150; 4,500 m of stainless steel pipe DN 12-50; 400 units of valves DN 15-40; in each case 186 WCs, wash basins and showers; dismantling and demolition works. Internal code: plumbing installation works. b) For the project, for the purpose of shortening the tender submission period pursuant to § 12 EU Subsection 1 No. 2 VOB/A, a prior information notice was published in the Official Journal of the European Union (TED - Tenders Electronic Daily) under publication number 566614-2026 on 17 August 2026. The subject of the present procurement procedure are the services stated in the prior information notice under Section 5.1 Lot: LOT-0012 plumbing installation works (drainage and water systems). c) The contracting authority intends, as part of the comprehensive refurbishment of the patient rooms and bed stations on floors 1 to 3 of the Artemed Clinic Munich South, to award several construction contracts for different trades.
