TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this tender is the supply, installation and commissioning handover of all building services technical installations for sewerage, water and gas installations. On the site, in the north on Wilhelmstraße, there is the Johannes-Kepler-Gymnasium including a 3-court sports hall. To the south, the Erna-de-Fries Gesamtschule and the Sporthalle Ost (3-court) adjoin. The location of the two new buildings in the south of the existing campus area completes this, in terms of urban planning, to form a functional and future-oriented school, sports and culture location (Cultural and Youth Centre Scheune, Hof Bögel-Windmeyer, climbing forest (Kletterwald), Heimathaus, Sportzentrum Ost). The replacement new build of the sports and multi-purpose hall, embedded in the green environment shaped by the topography, forms the southern structural conclusion of the campus site with direct connection to the Aasee. The new build of the sports hall is located in the south of the site and, together with the new secondary school, completes the school complex into a functional and future-oriented campus.
