TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this tender is the supply, installation and handover ready for operation of all building-technology systems for drainage and water and gas systems. On the site, in the north on Wilhelmstraße, there is the Johannes-Kepler-Gymnasium including the 3-court sports hall. To the south, the Erna-de-Fries Gesamtschule and the Sporthalle Ost (3-court) adjoin it. Locating the two new buildings in the south of the existing campus grounds completes this urban-development concept into a functional, future-oriented school, sports and cultural location (cultural and youth centre Scheune, courtyard Bögel-Windmeyer, climbing forest, Heimathaus, Sportzentrum Ost). The replacement new-build of the sports and multi-purpose hall, embedded in the green, topographically shaped surroundings, forms the southern structural conclusion on the campus site with direct connection to the Aasee. The new construction of the sports hall is positioned in the south of the property and, together with the new secondary school, completes the school complex into a functional, future-oriented campus.
