TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this invitation to tender is the supply, installation and commissioning handover of all building services installations for drainage, water and gas facilities. On the site, to the north on Wilhelmstraße, there is the Johannes-Kepler-Gymnasium including the 3-court sports hall. To the south, the Erna-de-Fries Gesamtschule and the Sporthalle Ost (3-court) adjoin. The location of the two new buildings to the south of the existing campus grounds completes this in terms of town planning into a functional and future-oriented school, sports and culture location (Kultur- und Jugendzentrum Scheune, Hof Bögel-Windmeyer, climbing forest, Heimathaus, Sportzentrum Ost). The replacement new construction of the sports and multi-purpose hall is embedded in the green, topographically shaped surroundings and forms the southern structural boundary of the campus site, with direct connection to the Aasee. The new construction of the sports hall is situated in the south of the property and, together with the new secondary school (Hauptschule), completes the school complex into a functional and future-oriented campus.
