TENDER DESCRIPTION

Type of contract and scope This submission concerns a service contract. The purpose is to tender the following service or insurance: • Construction site insurance with the following components: • Employers’ liability insurance for the project owner (construction owner liability) • Contract works insurance • Visitors’ accident insurance • Excess insurance for operational and professional liability insurance The construction project is to be divided into 3 phases (4 sub-projects, 4 insurance policies). This is specified more precisely in the section “Place of performance”. Type of procedure The service contract is tendered in an open procedure pursuant to GATT/WTO or Art. 18 IVöB 2019, IVöBG and IVöBV. The procedure is governed by the provisions of the State Treaty.
