TENDER DESCRIPTION

Railway telecommunications works within the scope of Lot LR, covering the following departments: Aude (11), Gard (30), Hérault (34), Lozère (48) and Pyrénées-Orientales (66). Framework agreement with purchase orders, without a commitment to place orders and without a minimum amount, awarded to two contractors (rank 1: 70 % ± 10 %; rank 2: 30 % ± 10 % of the amount of the purchase orders issued). The amount of each purchase order is capped at €200,000 excluding tax. Firm tranche of 2 years (10/05/2027 – 09/05/2029) and optional tranche of one year (10/05/2029 – 09/05/2030).
