TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this contract is to select a service provider capable of carrying out tasks within the framework of the Memorandum of Understanding. The provider will carry out tasks in the areas of legal compliance, financial analysis, accounting, and organizational consulting. This Memorandum of Understanding is a framework agreement aimed at clarifying, modernizing, harmonizing, and regulating the state contracting system in the social sector of the Grand Duchy. It commits the seven signatory ministries and FEDAS Luxembourg to work closely together around a set of structuring objectives.
