TENDER DESCRIPTION
This contract is intended to carry out diagnostics of vulnerabilities to urban overheating and to develop operational recommendations aimed at reducing these vulnerabilities in the territory of municipalities or metropolitan public territorial establishments (EPTs) that have responded to a call for expressions of interest (AMI) launched by the Métropole. The support will cover between 10 and 15 local authorities, depending on the amount of the service proposed by the candidate. Depending on the needs expressed, and subject to budget availability, additional local authorities may also be supported.
