TENDER DESCRIPTION
SPL Bourgogne-Franche-Comté Numérique wishes to be supported at the legal and tax levels, during the term of this framework agreement: - for the monitoring of the execution and development of the service concession contract concluded on 26 January 2018 with its concessionaire, the company BFC Fibre whose capital is held by the company ORANGE Concessions (which replaced ORANGE SA in 2021), - for the monitoring of the execution and development of the public service delegation contracts concluded with its five shareholders (the Departments of Côte d'Or, Jura, Saône-et-Loire and Yonne, and the Mixed Syndicate Nièvre Numérique) as well as all missions related to the main purpose of the SPL, - as well as for any other mission in legal and tax matters related to the achievement of its statutory purpose.
