TENDER DESCRIPTION
The SPL Bourgogne-Franche-Comté Numérique wishes to be supported at the legal and fiscal levels during the term of this framework agreement: - for the monitoring of execution and the evolution of the service concession contract concluded on 26 January 2018 with its concessionaire, the company BFC Fibre whose capital is held by the company ORANGE Concessions (which substituted ORANGE SA in 2021), - for the monitoring of execution and the evolution of the public service delegation contracts concluded with its five shareholders (the Departments of Côte d'Or, Jura, Saône-et-Loire and Yonne, and the Mixed Syndicate Nièvre Numérique) as well as all missions relating to the main purpose of the SPL, - as well as for any other mission in legal and fiscal matters relating to the fulfillment of its statutory purpose.
