TENDER DESCRIPTION

This consultation concerns the framework agreement, awarded pursuant to Articles L. 2125-1 1° and R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-12 of the Public Procurement Code, and its first subsequent contract. The framework agreement, with no minimum amount and with a maximum amount of EUR 50,000,000.00 ex tax (H.T.) for its entire duration, awarded to a maximum of 5 economic operators, is concluded for a period from 1 January 2027 (or its date of notification if later) until 31 December 2029. This will give rise to the award of subsequent contracts. Subsequent contracts may take any form, in particular an ordinary contract or a framework agreement with purchase orders. The first subsequent contract, with purchase orders, is divided into 5 geographical lots. It has no minimum amount and with a maximum amount of EUR 8,000,000.00 ex tax (H.T.) per lot for its entire duration, running from 1 January 2027 (or its date of notification if later) until 31 December 2029.
