TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract is a single-award framework agreement with purchase orders within the meaning of Articles R2162-1 to R2162-6 and R2162-13 to R2162-14 of the public procurement code, concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount of 1,000,000.00 euros net of tax for the duration of the contract. It is awarded using a schedule of prices with firm lump-sum and unit prices. It begins upon receipt of the first purchase order and ends upon acceptance of the services in the end-of-mission report or no later than 48 months after it starts. The lump-sum axes extend over an estimated duration of 30 months. In the event of a delay in carrying out the rehabilitation works, the duration of the missions may be extended. Estimated start date: February 2027.
