TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this consultation is the award of a single-award framework agreement. The services are covered by a single lot. It will be performed as and when purchase orders are issued by the contracting authority. It is concluded in application of Articles L 2124-2, R 2124-2 1° and R 2161-2 to R 2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code and L 2125-1 1°, R 2162-1 to R 2162-6, R 2162-13 and R 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. This procedure is launched following the termination of a previous framework agreement. It will be concluded for an initial period of 18 months from the date of notification, with a minimum and a maximum in value set respectively at EUR 100,000 (excl. tax) and EUR 420,000 (excl. tax). It may be subject to two renewal periods of 12 months each, each with a minimum and a maximum in value set at EUR 100,000 (excl. tax) and EUR 280,000 (excl. tax) for each envisaged period. As an indication, the estimated requirements for an academic year are approximately EUR 191,000.00 (excl. tax) as of September 2026.
