TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this framework agreement is various services such as guarding/anti-intrusion surveillance, fire surveillance, as well as video surveillance/remote surveillance and the installation of anti-intrusion alarms on the assets of Île-de-France Mobilités. These services are carried out throughout the Île-de-France region. They primarily concern the Bus Bords de Marne (BBM) and Bus Entre Seine (BES) projects, and all other Île-de-France Mobilités investment operations as required. The detail of the scope of the expected services is described in the particular technical specifications (CCTP), in each call-off order and in each subsequent contract. The framework agreement is multi-awarded. It will be concluded with the three (3) best-ranked economic operators, maximum number, subject to a sufficient number of candidates. The services will be carried out following the issuance of call-off orders on a rotational basis for the “simple cases”, and through a subsequent contract after re-opening competition for the “complex cases”. “Simple cases” means any intervention already defined by the particular technical specifications (CCTP) and, as a result, can be remunerated by issuing…
